2. How We Use Information
Mach 10 may use information to operate the platform, support workflows, coordinate sourcing and communication, provide onboarding and support, improve functionality, analyze usage, provide marketing and event services, maintain security, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Workflow Visibility
Mach 10 is a shared operational coordination environment. Information shared in workflows may be visible to authorized participants based on workflow permissions, participant configuration, organizational settings, routing structures, and account access controls. Organizations are responsible for managing participant access and determining what information is shared.
4. Confidential, Regulated, And Export-Controlled Information
Organizations are responsible for deciding whether confidential, proprietary, regulated, export-controlled, technical, or sensitive information should be shared through the platform. 5. Data Storage, Security, And Third Parties
Mach 10 uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet-based system is completely secure, and organizations remain responsible for their own security and compliance practices. Mach 10 may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, communications, storage, authentication, support, and integrations enabled by an organization. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Mach 10 does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, this Policy will be updated and any choices required by applicable law will be provided.
6. Communications, Retention, And Ownership
Mach 10 may send operational notifications, onboarding communications, workflow updates, product announcements, event information, ecosystem opportunities, and marketing communications. Users may opt out of non-operational marketing communications where applicable.

Information is deleted, de-identified, or securely disposed of when it is no longer needed, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.
Organizations retain ownership of operational data, files, workflow records, and submitted information. Mach 10 receives a limited license to host, process, organize, display, transmit, and manage that information only as needed to provide the platform and related services.

Mach 10 will not intentionally disclose confidential customer information publicly without authorization.
Pilot, preview, evaluation, or limited-release services may include bugs, interruptions, incomplete functionality, configuration issues, operational limitations, and evolving workflows. Organizations should not rely on those environments as their sole operational system of record.
